The final dish from Padma Rekha's Plantain Leaf blog is this super easy yet tasty snack that can be whipped up pretty quickly.This was perfect with the Capsicum Rice and Doddapatre Tambli.
I read that this is usually made with dosa batter with maida added to it.In this recipe,Padma had added pancake flour to the dosa batter .Since I don't have that ,I added maida and went ahead with her recipe.The other change that I made was adding kitchen king masala instead of green chilies.

Dosa batter- 2 cups
Maida - 1/2 cup
Onion-1 finely chopped
Kitchen king masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry.
In a bowl take the batter, add onion, kitchen king masala, salt[if needed] and make a thick batter, adding a little water if needed.
Heat oil for deep frying and once the oil is hot, drop spoon fulls of batter into the oil. Deep fry till golden brown,drain and serve hot.
