I am not writing an elaborate intro for this post. I have just woken up and finished my cup of coffee. I still have to get the breakfast dishes ready before the bread winner leaves to work in a couple of hours. So I am keeping this short...
We had a cute bottle of cinnamon sugar from Kamalika and vanilla essence from Nandini in our goody bag when we met for the Blogging Marathon #50th edition celebration. I have been using everything from the goody bag ever since I got back and this cake was the perfect one to use both the foodie gifts.
This cake is such a breeze to make as it gets done in a minute coz we are baking it in the microwave. A delicious cake to satisfy those sudden cravings!I used small paper coffee cups here and you can use the same or some cute muffin liners.
And so I leave it to that and will go and prepare breakfast while you read through this post on how to make this simple cake....
