I am sure most of you would have guessed that I will be posting something with Chia seeds today!Yes, the previous post was sort of a teaser for this one.
This week I am doing a theme of picking 3 dishes from the given list on wiki. I chose snacks and I wanted to make some really simple dishes for this week.
From the list of snacks I chose smoothie which was listed under it .I used the grapes that was in the fridge along with Chia seeds. It tasted delicious and the surprising thing was even the kids enjoyed it. They usually don't prefer pulpy shakes / smoothies but this one, maybe because it is so colorful,
changed their mind!!!
This smoothie is for Blogging Marathon #50, Week 3 , Day 1, with the theme -Pick one category and do 3 dishes....
Black grapes- 100 grams
Chia seeds-1 tablespoon
Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend well! Do not strain.Serve immediately.

- I have not added a sweetener here as the grapes were very sweet. You can add honey / sugar if needed.
- If you find it very thick, add water/ milk to get the desired consistency.
