Paneer Tawa Masala

Little Angel has a weakness for paneer. Little dude however won't eat it if I serve it as paneer but will dig into the same dish if I mention the word 'mushroom'! Funny isn't it!!So that is how I serve paneer all the time. Be it any form, Lil Dude loves his 'mushroom'!!

So I made this one night and knew there would be no left overs ,so boldly clicked it at night. I hate taking pics at night but sometimes I am forced to do it. Even though the pics are edited, somehow I am never satisfied with them. But this time, I had no option but to do the inevitable!

This is quite a simple curry with subtle flavors.Use the spices judiciously so that they do not over powder the dish.
