This is one of those salads that the spice lover at home really enjoyed tasting. I made this along with the Korean Lentil soup posted for the Culinary journey across the globe.
This is a simple cucumber salad that is quite spicy.But you can always reduce the heat to suit your taste.
Oi Ee Mu Chim / Oi Mu Chim
Vinegar- 1 teaspoon
Chili powder- 1 teaspoon
Toasted sesame seeds- 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onion greens- from 2 stalks
Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Combine the ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Add the cucumber slices and toss well. Chill and serve.
