Orange Fizz Cupcake

When we did the A- Z Blogging Marathon last month, I had bookmarked so many recipes. This is one such recipe and I have made this twice already and they have disappeared faster that I bake them!

My kids don't take fizzy drinks or in other word, I don't give them fizzy drinks. But when I saw this cup cake recipe, I thought it would be nice thing to bake when you need some cakes to satisfy the kids in a jiffy, so I went for it. It hardly has 5 ingredients and the preparation part gets done even before you the oven gets the pre heated. All in all, you spend just half an hour to get this cake ready!!

My kids love cup cakes and that is the reason I am sending this to Srivalli's Kid's Delight Event - Kid's delight Party which  is also my theme for week 2 of Blogging Marathon # 33...
