Corn Raita

Today is the final day of Blogging Marathon, week #4, and the theme this week is - Copy cat recipes'. I made this simple raita from Vaishali's blog.Raita is one of my favorites and I never say NO to prepare a new variety.

I used:

Recipe Source - Ribbon’s to Pasta’s

Fresh Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup
Boiled corn – 3 tablespoons
Capsicum , finely chopped- 1 tablespoon
Green chillies, finely chopped- 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

Whisk curd with salt and add all the other ingredients. Serve as a side dish with flavored rice garnished with coriander leaves.
