You need:
Thick Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup
Manathakkali vatral - 2 tablespoons
Ghee- 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard- 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal- 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves- few
Salt to taste
- Beat the curd with salt.
- Heat ghee in a small pan and put in mustard, urad dal,curry leaves.
- When the dal turns brown pour into the beaten curd.Mix well.
