Moon Cake [ yuè bĭng] is a traditional pastry from China that is a must during the Mid- Autumn Festival. I love these delicacies and we get them by the dozens through our friends and Hubby's colleges. My favorites are the green tea moon cakes and the ones with red bean filling....
