This is an easy podi recipe that I came across in Rak's Kitchen
Dry coriander seeds-1/2 a cup
Whole pepper-1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Garlic -3 large pods
Salt to taste
1. Dry roast the coriander seeds,red chillies,cumin seeds,pepper
2. Cool and powder these ingredients.
3. When almost done add the garlic pods and run the mixie in short bursts a couple of times.
4. Store in an airtight container after a few minutes.
It goes well with steamed rice drizzled with ghee!!
