Heat
2 teaspoon oil in a pan and put in 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 red chillies, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,1 small onion ,choppedand sautéed till onion is transparent.
Put in
1 bunch chopped spinachand cover and cook for a few minutes.Sprinkle a little water if required.
Put in
a fistful of boiled corn,1 teaspoon sambar powder,salt,
and stir to mix.
Add
1 cup cooked rice and mix well.Sprinkle a little water if it is too dry.
Simmer, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot with a crispy of your choice.
