Fruit Relish

There are times when you have loads of fruits at home but no one is inclined to eat them. Such times call for a fruit salad. Toss in some nuts and decorate it with rose petals for the special touch!!!!

I used:

Pear- 1,chopped
Strawberries- a few,halved
Orange -2 small,segmented
Candied rose petals
Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
Honey-1 tablespoon
Sunflower seeds-2 tablespoons

In a large bowl put in pear, orange, strawberry, honey and mix well.
Just before serving toss in the sunflower seeds, raised petals and brown sugar.

An absolute delight to the senses!!!!!!

This is for my No cook event!

Bon appetit...

Looks colourful, refreshing and healthy. Love it. I don't think I've ever seen candied rose petals here. I'll have to omit that.
