You need:
Garlic chives- a small bunch ,chopped into 2" long pieces.
Beancurd sheet-1 sheet,chopped into thin strips
Ginger- 1" piece,chopped
Seasoning cube- 1
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 teaspoon
- In a wok heat oil and add ginger .Saute foe a minute.
- Put in Garlic chives,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the beancurd strips and seasoning cube and mix well.
- Cook for another minute
- Remove from heat and serve.

This is one of my favorites!!!

Sounds very very easy to make... I've also heard that green garlic is very healthy... one of my Gujarathi friend uses it regularly in her household :-).
