Even though it is a deep fried curry,we just cant stop eating them!!!
You need:
Bittergourd -1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Oil for deep frying
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Meanwhile wash,pat dry and slice the bittergourd into thin circles.It there are seeds remove them .
- When the oil is hot,fry them in batches till brown.
- Remove from oil with a slotted spoon onto a bowl lined with a paper towel.
- When the whole lot has been fried,transfer them to bowl and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
- Toss and serve.

Hubby is a big fan of karela...he can eat this at any time of the day and with anything..they look crispy dear..
