Raw Mango -1
Chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
Sesame seed oil -1 tablespoon
Mustard -1 teaspoon
Asafoetida powder -a pinch
- Chop the raw mango into small pieces.
- Add salt and chilli powder .
- Heat sesame seed oil ,add mustard,asafoetida powder and wait till mustard splutters.
- Pour over the mango pieces .
- Mix well and serve .
