Here is one simple recipe that is very calming and soothing.
You need:
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Carom/Ajwan seeds
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 cup water
- Boil water and put in all the ingredients.
- Remove from heat and steep for 5 minutes.
